Owner-PresidentKarl RaubOperations ManagersTheir jobs are to ensure your project is done according to all building standards and to the strict codes followed by home builders and remodelers. They are responsible for training all employees according to OSHA requirements. They also screen all employees before hiring, including background checks, enabling us to hire selectively with no problems.
Production ManagersThey follow your project from start to finish. They order all materials needed for your project, ensure all employees follow the same standards of quality service we would expect on our own homes, and watch with you as your dreams turn into reality. They are always available at any time if you have questions about your project.
SalespeopleOur salespeople will meet with you at your convienence around your schedule, whether it is first thing in the morning or in the evening. They will accommodate your needs to help you make your dreams a reality. With computer-aided drawing, they will bring your ideas to a new dimension allowing you to view the results in 3-D from our office.
Office StaffOur office staff members answer your first call, coordinate the time and place of our first meeting, manage all the paper work for your project, and distribute the paperwork to the appropriate departments. You are always able to contact any and all employees to answer your questions.
Accounting DepartmentIn-house accounting allows us to keep track of your entire project. We have a numbering system that allows us to easily access any information that may be needed regarding your project. Everything is computerized and filed in a systematic way that ensures excellent record-keeping of every project we have ever done. We accept cash, checks and credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Discovery). Financing is also available. |
